Project Goals:
How can AI be leveraged to make data easier to use?
Problem:
Users are overwhelmed with data and it is challenging to discover what is actionable
Hypotheses:
AI/ML can serve up the most actionable data by priority for each user type
What are users’ trust levels with the “system”? What factor(s) go into trusting or not trusting the system? Are users willing to accept the insights? How likely are users to act based on the insights?
